The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were not the quietest due to noise from neighboring rooms, they were spacious and had a jacuzzi bath. The staff was friendly, and room service was efficient, even when relocating me to another room.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were kind of quiet, especially appreciated Cagla's kindness, and the central location. However, the uphill walk to Taksim or Osmanbey was a downside. The noise level was a bit disturbing for me, but being an IHG member was a lovely surprise.

The hotel offers good soundproof windows and automatically blackout curtains in the rooms, providing a comfortable and clean stay.
