The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were not the quietest due to noise from neighboring rooms, they were spacious and had a jacuzzi bath. The staff was friendly, and room service was efficient, even when relocating me to another room.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were kind of quiet, especially appreciated Cagla's kindness, and the central location. However, the uphill walk to Taksim or Osmanbey was a downside. The noise level was a bit disturbing for me, but being an IHG member was a lovely surprise.
The hotel offers good soundproof windows and automatically blackout curtains in the rooms, providing a comfortable and clean stay.
The hotel is centrally located, but the uphill walk to Taksim or Osmanbey can be tiring. The rooms are spacious but have some design flaws like a pole in the middle. The service is exceptional with supportive staff like Mr Eyup Karatas. The location is nice but requires navigating ups and downs. The dining options are limited and fall short of expectations.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were always clean and tidy, but unfortunately filled with a strong cigarette smell. The service was lacking in accommodating our request for a late check-out for our family with small kids. The location, while not ideal for me, was conveniently close to the bus stop from the airport to Taksim.
